4 stars: Missing features from the Chinese version. No ability to book someone to drive your car home using the English version of didi. Would be great if they implemented this feature.

3 stars: The app is fine. Their time estimates are not. Drivers are usually very polite and courteous. Only problem is on the weekend-nights and public holidays, when the queues are excruciatingly long. A quantum increase in the number of drivers on those days would be nice.
3 stars: great app that can become even better if you could just pin the location you want to go instead typing... as a foregner i have no clue of some local names and it makes it a nightmare when you want to go to specific place.
3 stars: most of the app is great, but there's still some pop-up within the app that interrupts user experience. what's worse, it has in-app update that bypasses Google Play.
5 stars: Awesome app for an American that doesnt speak chinese traveling in China. Link it to your credit card, hail an express ride, and it pays automatically at your destination. Done!
4 stars: Most important app if you are going to china. Saved me from so many hassles. Only thing I would like it to improve is that tolls should be included in total bill so thst we don't have to pay that to driver separately
