5 stars: I love, Love, LOVE this app. In conjunction with my digital and studio meetings, it's actually helping me control my eating habits, control my blood sugar, and I'm already losing weight ! I've only been tracking for a week, but this app makes it so easy to track and log your food and activity that it's more like a game... So far I'm winning !
5 stars: Less than a week into the new WW healthy eating regime, I'm delighted with the app! What a fabulous tool. Easy to use. Compared with the WW programme 44 years ago, written on four sides of a folded card as I remember, there is simply no comparison!! I know I have much more to discover, but I'm feeling I have all the support I need to succeed this time.
5 stars: This is the only way I've ever lost weight, I wouldn't be without tracking that's for sure. I track everything and having those points to go over in just in case really helps. If you want to boost your weight loss stick yo your daily points. I also love that you can write your own recipes and it works out the points for you. So much easier than other well known diets I've tried.

I don't religiously follow the fantastic advice nor the portions I eat, but I can always go back to it at anytime.
