4 stars: I really like how this company takes its customers with care and consideration. Drivers are friendly but not nosy. I love the safety features and discount codes offered. I tell everyone I can about this company. I hope they offer pre-booking more than 24 hrs in advance \u0026 live chat using their app soon. Then I will give 5/5 stars.
4 stars: easy to use app. though i found when trying to prebook i'd select 7:30 submit then see it for 6:30.

5 stars: always exellent. You guys need to advertise more instead of word of mouth or a tiny decal in the window. Nobody I recommend you to has ever heard of it and everybody hates Duffys and Unicity but dont know they have way better options.
