4 stars: Please make it available to send a picture in chat, it will be easier for driver to find where is their customers.
5 stars: better add send picture feature so driver and costumers can easily communicate their exact location through photo
3 stars: I think gojek app is good for payment than grab but please fix system who always error every rain and anytime when i receive the order. for example: when i pickup go-ride customer at SCBD and delivery to Lotte Kuningan City till success, after a few second i get customer at SCBD again. sometimes this chance i ignored because the distance between kuningan city to SCBD is too far..
5 stars: map delay, update rate gps too slow. please make it fast like 4.0.0 🙏
