4 stars: Great customer service. Z Wave technology can be tricky and the Wink customer service helped greatly. Thanks for the wonderful support! The reason I give it a Four Star, is that the product is finicky. Had the Wink 1 Hub and switched to Wink 2. Couldn't setup the devices correctly (user error) but got it after the support.
3 stars: generally good overall. however I recently bought a schlage smart lock which is suppose to work with wink, but most features do not. support has known for months, has no expected time frame for a fix, yet continues to be promoted on packaging. Giving one more release b4 I trade in wink and lock for Samsung hub
4 stars: I have been having issues connecting to Google Home which I have used with Wink for over 2 years without any issues. I see that the Wink app is linked to Google but i dont see this connection on the Google side. It connects to Alexa but not Google Home. is this an isdue with Google or Wink?
4 stars: was initial purchaser not knowing whether it was a great one or not. been satisfied but updates have been for newer models. glad they came back to updating my original hub.
5 stars: I had my wink hub for about a year and had a problem with the connection so I called wink support Spokane with Eric. big Applause to Eric thanks again Eric
5 stars: wink works great with locks and garage door opener. even links to Alexa so it tells me to lock front door before going to bed
