3 stars: I love it for planning routes using a computer. downloading to my phone works great. The downside is the process to download offline maps. it is not practical. I'm in the rockies now and there is no cell service, and it takes hours to download the maps to us them offline.
4 stars: 0verall I really enjoy this app and have been a premium member for the past 4-5 years, but it does occasionally have a really annoying habit of shutting itself down or crashing at times. sometimes you miss part of your ride tracking, sometimes a POI like a pass for the Honda Pass Bagger. That's frustrating
5 stars: it's grown to be a good app for tracking and planning rides. the keep updating and adding features and support has always been responsive to answering my questions.
4 stars: I use it merely for tracking. It does that really well. I love the auto pause and resume feature. on the older version I kept forgetting to resume after a stop.
5 stars: Update! I really like this app. I recently discovered when making a route don't drop a pin on a toll road and then expect to avoid tolls. It has taken a little time to figure out route planning and navigation but I really like it.
