5 stars: I love this app. I have never had an issue with it. It allows calls over wifi with credits. You can buy them or get them for free by doing tasks or watching movies. I've used other apps that are similar but this is by far the best. It starts you off with enough to let you try it and it is easy to get more. You will love it.
