4 stars: Just enough variety of some very relaxing sounds ,a timer...it reminded me of a pampering spa day
5 stars: Very Relaxing I was looking for the sound of falling rain but got much more from beach or wood song and more. With the added feature of being able to meditate to a candle(s), logs in a fire etc. All calming with the timing feature so you can fall asleep to it and it will shut itself off. Niceness.
