3 stars: the app is alright except it forgets your login settings every other time you need to use it. this forces you to choose a simple and easy to guess password. ticketmaster is expensive enough as it is without making the app user unfriendly.
3 stars: Purchased the tickets, but the interface is not easy to navigate. Wanted to make another purchase after completing an order and couldn't figure out how to get back to the main screen. Also wish I could purchase more than one ticket at once.

3 stars: Reason for the 3 stars is it doesn't give you the option to print tickets at home. This is inconvenient when purchasing tickets for kids who do not have cell phones. Bring back the print at home option then I will give 5 stars.
3 stars: Unable to log in. Application crashes. After reopening application, login screen does not even load. Clearing application data lets the screen reload, but same bug cycle occurs. Pixel 3 XL latest patch. ridiculous. Completely uninstalling the application and disabling wifi solved the problem.
