4 stars: it can be better. I always find it difficult to understand where the taxi stops. There should be the possibility to develop a more efficient system (for a start they could enlarge the pointing direction arrow and the taxi ordered)
5 stars: application is excellent. easy to use and help you to find address easily by giving you suggestions. drivers very polite . rate was very good become now expensive than before . if prices will be same like normal taxi what will be the difference ?
5 stars: The app works fine, no issues. But the suggestion goes to Yandex.Taxi service itself - why don't you check the drivers and cars on having fully working airconditioning? It's around 7 out of 10 cars don't have it and during the heat it's just terrible. Imagine 20 mins in a car with 30°C outside and just the windows open. Hair's a mess, sweaty and the day is spoiled

3 stars: It's good, but the tip is charged as an extra charge on my international credit card, for which there is a few. Regrettably I won't be leaving tips in future. Also, they are blocking Revolut card.
4 stars: it's been so handy while in Tbilisi, just make sure that your locator pin is actually where you are, as I had a few problems with misalignment. Fares are incredibly reasonable and there's plenty of cars around - tbh cheaper than taxis - drivers are friendly and had no problem getting me around
