3 stars: 99%captions are not happy because the commission rate.careem should take a survey between captions about commission rate.(Now 30:70, 35:65, sometimes 40:60) .I suggest you that careem and captions commission rates please fix 25:75 like UBER.Then check the results ,Definitely captions are satisfied and Careem business wilbe increase.
3 stars: Petrol prices has gone up PKR 22 per litre in last 5 months but Careem has not yet revised its fare. It is once again reminded to increase the starting rate, base fare, waiting charges, cancellation charges and far away pick up bonus immediately otherwise it'll be impossible for captains to continue in Pakistan.

4 stars: when there is ride cancelled for certain reasons ...the beep of the new adma continue to buzzer n doesn't stop unless untill restart the phone..wot a disgusting sound.
