5 stars: I tried it first time in Turkey. It worked fine. I was expecting a private vehicle. Instead, a yellow cab came. Apparently, this was the business model, the law does not permit private vehicles. The small cabs provide reasonably inexpensive service. I paid 20 TL for a 9 min. drive, which was the minimum charge.
3 stars: Most recent update does not allow you to see the driver's plate number. It's completely cut off from app view. When the app is open most of the driver details are hidden from sight. The alignment is completely out of sync and there's no way to expand the view to see more detailed information on the driver. Very unsettling when waiting for pick up late at night. The app needs further testing for usability and end user functionality.
