3 stars: Yikes. Clunky. Tried to add a new card to pay for the order and it emptied my bag. When I did add the CC, it wouldn't accept my PO Box as my billing address. So tried to pay with my PayPal and was told that credit card didn't work? Had to check out three times before the order ever processed. We'll see if the GH+ is actually worth it.
4 stars: Edit: This issue has been fixed When ordering food on campus there is no way to get back to the order status page and all restaurants appear as closed in the recent orders page. When trying to get support for an order it says there are no recent orders. The only way to know if your food is ready is a notification that if tapped on cannot be reopened.
4 stars: Great app, I only wish they could return the funds for orders cancelled by the vendor or driver faster than five to seven days. Especially when I just replace the order and it gets delivered. It's only happened once, but it's more the refund speed than anything.
