3 stars: I rate 3 starts due to rides being a bit too much for short trips along with not being able to switch from wait and save to another faster option since some be having you wait for about 20 minutes JUST to know how long until the ride will be there would be nice to be able to comment on where the driver is and it do3snt seem to be moving saying \

5 stars: From an app standpoint, I have no problems and fairly easy to use. From a service standpoint, Lyft is almost always better than Uber when it comes to cost and service time. On the minor negative side, Lyft is almost always more expensive than Uber when it comes to long-distance trips but rarely need.
3 stars: Love this app. It is 2X cheaper than Uber. But they need to do something to connect me with a driver faster... I do not understand why I need to wait 15 minutes to get 1 simple ride.
5 stars: I really like this app. When I need a lift. I can track the driver as it approaches. Helps me to anticipate its time so that I'm not sitting there wondering where the right is.
