3 stars: I need a means to go back and change the rating I give a driver. Sometimes, I accidentally close the app without rating the driver and that results in a zero-star rating. Sometimes, the car icon shows the incorrect location of the cab. I am unable to edit the details of my favourite locations.
4 stars: It has worked good for me so far. Ola does fetch good rides. Sometimes I get to see rude drivers but can't say anything (I can rate them though). The app works fine. I like this app. Saves money too. So thanks 👌
5 stars: Although the GPS is turned on, the app shows an error asking me to turn on the GPS. At first I believed it to be some hardware issue. But GPS works fine with other applications. Please resolve it soon, the app wont let me go past the error screen and not able to book cabs because of this. I'll give 5 star rating once this issue is resolved. Working fine with the new update, thanks
3 stars: Recent update brought in a whole lots of bugs in it. Ride shows Ongoing ,when it has ended days ago,Showing previous booking details while booking a new one. Please Fix This Asap.
5 stars: this is the best application to book any cars or moter bikes to go anywhere. I like this app a lot. and when I want to book a moter bike, I get it when I want only in two minutes.
5 stars: I'm quite happy with the way the app itself works but I'm a disabled person and I wish one of the qualifications for drivers was an English language test.
