4 stars: After update, why was the feedback for passenger was not user friendly? Unless previously where I can choose like or dislike the passenger (then provide reason), however this time the interface didn't show anything after trip (only dismiss or submit button were shown. Even worse, when I want to rate passenger, only 5 stars can be given and not less than that, this is clearly misleading on the driver point of view on passenger.
3 stars: Grab app should have rider real time location point in driver app. Even though rider set wrong pickup location. We driver can immediately monitor the actual rider location. Rider set wrong pickup location almost every day happened. It wasted too much time and cost to find rider. As i konw uber driver app we can see the rider moving real time. 100% accurate and efficiency. Hope this can update in grab driver app.

3 stars: This app has notification alert at 5am plus which woke me up from my sleep. Please kindly do not send notification during sleeping hrs. Thanks. I now have to turn on the DND mode of my phone App wise is ok except the selfie verification which I think is not really necessary and would prefer if this step is not required as it is a hassle.
