4 stars: So it's a down-and-dirty app. I am going to be disappointed that it has not continually upgraded to match the capabilities of The Office 365 tenant and Office 365 admin console. I would like to see a refresh in the over UI. I would love to see the wonderful usage and adoption data in the Admin Web Console. Lastly, I would like access to some of the subconsoles in the admin tenant, like the Teams Admin for example.
3 stars: Good base functions, but finding them could be a bit of a chore at first, and the layout should get a thorough clean up to match the browser experience. Also, please have dark theme. It's 2020. You have it everywhere else. Other than that, I'm grateful for it, a lot easier resetting passwords on my phone than to use the desktop version of the admin.microsoft site.

5 stars: Grateful for this powerful mobile app -- saving our organizations time and money. We began using the app since it went public and the new features are welcome. Our favorite feature set is User Management.
3 stars: It needs to be updated since a lot of things have been updating at Microsoft but this app has not. Please update to similar admin portal as is in browser. That would be a great gamechanger here.
