5 stars: it is kind of the best app for car rides i have used , because of the translation u can do within the app it is easy to have a convo with the driver . except for there call center if u hav any complaints , it is hard to reach out to them
3 stars: It's ok with few drawbacks. Inconvenient payment methods either cash or google. On my phone this app doesn't make any sounds, so I have to constantly check where the driver is. And then there's weird pricing, the more often you use it the higher the price is, it's not related to traffic, but after a few days break price going back to normal. So you can't use this every day, have to use other cab services
