Your BEACON™ care plan includes your personal eTherapist who, via messaging, connects with you to review homework, answer questions, and provide ongoing support and guidance as you work through your sessions.

As a part of BEACON’s™ commitment to wellness, each session includes short assessments measuring your progress. You can access progress reports throughout your BEACON™ program from your Android phone.

BEACON™ care plans are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); the most well-researched and established approach for treating common mental health problems.
