4 stars: The ride and service were great, prompt and efficient. However the app was a it rough. Sent the driver and I to different points, about 150 yards apart. Told me driver was 2 minutes away after I was in the car. App told me he had arrived 5 minutes into my ride.
4 stars: App is sufficient. Not as fancy as the other ride share apps. Service is good.
5 stars: This is simply the best app and most reasonable rideshare I've used so far. So, what's next? Free rides?!

3 stars: While the value proposition isn't as disruptive anymore, Via still manages to be competitive on cost for riders and pay for drivers. Went down to 3 stars because they removed support by sms, the feature that really spoke to how much Via valued providing a great experience for riders. Hoping it isn't signaling a shift in those values.
