5 stars: I have used Carly for BMW for many years - from about 2012 - and on to the New Version. Along the way, I had a few issues which the software team remedied. As car technology progresses, the software team have also had to progress. My Pixel 2 is now operating on Android 10, and earlier issues have disappeared. I really like the revised design and functionality.
3 stars: After long few months finally Carly first time worked on my HTC.. Thnx support team. Good! so Carly got another star. Carly was the best as was simply to use but was really powerful..now menu is too complicated, pls remove useless infirmation like health status (alwsys very bad if u have car for repair ) and useless savings ., Switching vehicle is not easy ... Also carly should work without internet. Now is better but still not I expect.
4 stars: My initial review of Carly wasn't very flattering for a good reason. Since that review, my account and software subscription have been corrected. I am happy with the product as it is, I will update if that changes.
3 stars: Works pretty well, but the interface is horrible and the sequence of menus doesn't make sense. Pricing is annual, which is insane given that you have to buy the adapter. On the main menu, it suggests the likelihood of a fault code, but you can tell that it isn't informed by anything real. It's probably just the time since you last scanned the car.
