4 stars: Awesome App. Very user friendly and I get so many discounts. I would have given 5 stars but the app need to update delivery instructions to the driver before he reaches. Most of the time the driver comes towards back gate and i have to go out to receive when it's cold outside. Hope you update something that tells the driver about delivery instructions beforehand.
3 stars: It works great until you run into an issue. I ran into a situation where the app wasn't allowing me to place an order. The first representative rushed me off of the phone with incorrect info and the second call had no results either, even with a supervisor \
4 stars: I like the app. Very tidy. However, I hope a user can browse all restaurants no matter where her/his delivery address would be. Surprisingly, the available restaurants to choose from are varying when a delivery address is changed!!. For instance, one can't buy something from Sal's Restaurant if her/his delivery address is based in St Kilda; one has to change it to be closer to the restaurant !
4 stars: Works fine for the most time but restaurants that won't deliver to my location keep showing up and it's highly annoying since I fill my order and get the message that delivery isn't possible only when I'm done and my time is wasted. Would be great if this could get fixed. A filter option to remove restaurants not in rage should be a given.
