4 stars: Amazing app. The app is overall amazing with very high quality. I do love the download feature. My only problem is I had to download it and uninstall it a few times, due to the fact that it states 'Video Unable To Be Opened.\
5 stars: It was great.....but with the newest update the brightness is just dim. Very difficult to see the images. If i wanted to pay monthly for audio only I would sign up for audible. I want to watch my shows not hear it. Very frustrating. I have samsung note 9 UPDATE: 1/7/20. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It is back to normal.
5 stars: Great but would be nice to know if all of the movies or shows tell you if the audio is in English or whatever languages it is in instead of going through every foreign ones. I have to check it for myself to know about that and then I lose my history where I've been watching other shows, I hate that about Netflix. Please can you do that in the future. Thanks

5 stars: Updated! No more issues with the captions! Figured it out myself. if you've got captions on, the only way to remove them is by playing a movie with an 'R' rating, \u0026 changing. My problem was that I tried doing it on 'M' TV rating...those aren't the same. I'm definitely hooked on my binges! I just wish y'all would STOP canceling a show before at least coming to a conclusion we can live with (hello Santa Clari...
