3 stars: Really cool app, simple layout but glitchy and in need of some features. Only one user can control robot from the app and you loose your current map that takes weeks to develop if you switch users. \
3 stars: ****UPDATE ***** Shark contacted me and found a problem in their code that fixed my issue. Thanks Every time the app updates it kills the scheduling and stops cleaning. Then I have to re register the unit, reset the wifi, re add the password, re set the cleaning schedule and become very frustrated! The unit cleans ok but overall the system is flawed. Shark Clean may make good vacuums but the technology involved is out of their wheelhouse!
4 stars: The bot covers the floor nicely, but seems to get lost on it's way back to the charger. Nice that it empties itself. It's a good idea to pick up small items and cords prior to starting. Once it senses the charger base, it's like a fat kid on a cupcake!!
4 stars: I love the robot shark but didn't love the app had so much issues it logged me out 3 times then I had reset my password 3 times an head reset settings on app it didn't connect to robot I had start over adding my robot.. the app wasn't working till I seen a update I updated the app,it look it the update fix the bugs in the app I will have see down the road hoping the app dont mess up again..thanks for the update
