4 stars: It worked out eventually after a phone call to customer service, apparently it had an old email account, that I didn't add to app. They quickly were able to straighten it out and send my tickets to my account. Hope this doesn't happen again, but I will know how to get it fixed.
5 stars: Seat geek is a great app in my opinion. You can get cheap tickets. Seat geek has codes that you get 20$off of any perches. You can go to a game for 4$.

5 stars: Always look to seatgeek first when I want to go to an event. I've used them many times and on the rare occasions when an issue has come up they have done their best to make the situation right. I have several ticket apps but seatgeek is, imo, the best one for price and service.
