5 stars: So basically, once you add your thermostat to the app, the UI is basically identical to the thermostat itself. I actually quite like that. By mirroring the UI, you have to learn less things and anything you do on your phone you can do on the thermostat itself. I use this with my ecobee3 lite 2nd gen and I haven't had any problems.
3 stars: I love the ability to control the thermostat from anywhere. The saved settings are also fantastic. It would be better if we could have more flexibility in scheduling...at least every 15 minutes would be super helpful. My husband is all about energy efficiency but I like to be warm when I wake up at 5:45 a.m. (not 5:30 because that uses more enery and not 6 because I'm already freezing by then). Please help!
4 stars: Good app. Wish you could set the smart away temp. Seems to be 1/2 a degree lower than setting at the time. Would be nice if it was adjustable. Would also be nice to see the current humidity set point either with the current value or if you click on the current value. Frost control is cool but can't easily tell setting.
3 stars: I like the app and the stat. However, it does take a bit of time for developers to implement seemingly simple fixes for known bugs. For example, the problem with the Aux Heat Runtime Alert setting.
