4 stars: Love the app, but wanted to point out something in the last update that I think is a bug and if it's a feature that would be a shame. On my One Plus 6T, it appears that tapping the timeline of a video no longer seeks to that portion of the video. Its possible to drag the time line to seek but not simply tapping it. Please fix if it's a bug, if not, the user experience suffers in my opinion.
4 stars: I like the ability to adjust playback speed. I don't like the inability to cut and paste text from viewer comments. Also, when I have a list of videos on the home page/screen, and there are several that I'd like to see, and I click on one of them and then afterwards I hit the \
3 stars: after many complaints and experiences from content creators it really hasn't been what it was meant for and becomes more of a place where no one can have there voice heard or express what there passion is. It may be better if the focus was a bit more on the creator's and there problems with the platform entirely and how it's run. I still think it can do better if it really is what the title of the app says it is.
5 stars: I love this app. I've been using YouTube since 2006. Love new features. People cry about the adds but how does it make money to pay for the people whose channels that you obsess over. So sick of seeing complaining about ads most of the time you can skip after 5 seconds. If you don't like it buy the version with out ads. Spend your money
