4 stars: This app has every skin, you can create some skin and even 128 skins! And making skins is not buggy but theres some thing that i hate, some of those are the skins, some skins are sexual and stupid and some search are not working, example i search for handsome, but it's sending me some girls eggs when you edit it you will see some s* (or it's just a troll) but still like I said great app
4 stars: It's a pretty decent skin editor. Only issues I have with it is that you can't add external parts to the skin, like animal ears or something, and the fact that it gets increasingly buggy, skin layers get accidentally removed and swapped and duplicated and the fact that you cant really move around colors in your palette. It does support 128 x 128 Tho, so there's a big plus.
