4 stars: Buggy I hate that i cannot recalculate trips that are not recorded in my app. For some reason this has been going on for some time. Ive talked to one rep that told me that lyft needs to restart my app. When i spoke to another rep they told me i can not recalculate trips that arent recorded. So there is a bug in my app. I did the reset (uninstall and reinstalled) the app thing). Still no luck.
3 stars: Well the app was really great until this last update... 1) when it switches to Waze the button for Lyft is no longer there 2) Sometimes when I want the directions with Waze it shows a list of addresses and then i have to go back to Lyft to make sure I hit the right address.. when its a name of a location I have to ask the passenger or Google the address. Please fix!!! Basicaly sending incorrect parameters to Waze
4 stars: getting better, l still have issue with apps, I have to press accept several times to work. If I did no do that it goes automatically to decline. Also matching rider with my apps sucks, it can match with someone 5 to 10 miles away. It appears that Lyft have new learner of matching in the past one month.
3 stars: App freezes when u try to close out the ride, so u have to force close it at times. GPS accuracy has gotten bad lately. It will take you to an area either before or behind the place u r supposed to be at, doesn't make you look very professional.
4 stars: Still needs improvement. Have arrived a few times and customer still thinks...
