4 stars: Excellent, easy-to-use app. Only thing I would say is that it would be helpful to have an in-app messaging function with the provider's customer service, as well as the accommodation. Plus, Genius level 2 doesn't seem to activate once the conditions are satisfied.
5 stars: Till now, the hotels that I booked from here have been outstanding... Honestly speaking, though I shouldn't compare it with others, but can't resist myself, this app has been the boss over all other hotel booking apps... Yeah but, it should be more addressing to the security concerns of the guests.. And the check in confirmation policies. Really, outstanding service provider... Thanks❤️
5 stars: This is my only reservation app.!! You will never need another one! I removed all others from my smart phone and my tablet! I never had to call ANYONE ever! (A new experience for me!) Everything connected to your booking is managable through this app. And most reservations are free. As long as you cancel within 2 days of your booking! Try this app. You wont be disappointed!
5 stars: 1.Hotel is near to the walking distance to beach. 2. Rooms are neat and clean a and it lacks basic amenities to keep your belongings. We had to keep our bags and used clothes on the side table.No hangers. 3.Budget friendly hotel. 4. Breakfast is ok to manage with a fixed Filipino menu. 5. Check-in process was good and reception staff are very friendly and supportive. 6. Overall a good stay in the hotel.
