5 stars: High quality app. Easy to follow instructions and perfect amount of time for a busy day. My only complaint is that the video caching is not great, so on connections that arent perfect the video instructions may still have not downloaded by the time the exercise timer has expired. Can we have an option to cache all the videos at once at the start of the session?
4 stars: It has helped me on my FIRST DAY! Ive been looking for a workout app but everything before 8fit, literally tore my muscles (which thats what workouts are supposed to do) but i couldnt walk for days. But 8fit is different... Its life changing, and has the feature of helping plan your meals. Amazing app. Life changing.
