4 stars: Earlier I was getting 1.5 GB data every day on recharge of 399 but for the past few days I am getting very less data. After just using for an hour or so I get the message that I have used all my data. But when I check on My jio app, I can see I have used only 200mb. I tried to contact customer care but they were not helpful.
3 stars: Please improve the time when opening the app. It take too much time 'in fetching your details'
4 stars: Good apps, i opened apps and for to recharge my number but when i press recharge its automatically out from apps after i update in latest version, please try to make improve at this problem so I'll give 5 rating

4 stars: I got two vouchers in my last recharge as bonus.I only applied one on 15th September which was having 2gb add on data...first of all I didnt even consume it fully and it was left with 80% but that got lapse.Secondly the other add on data voucher of 1.5gb was there which I thought of using later.But now it also dissapeared from my vouchers list.This ain't fair.If you dont want us to comsume the voucher ,why do you gift it?
