5 stars: Great app. Does exactly what it's supposed to. Quick and easy to buy tickets and they are cheaper than buying them from the station or ticket machines. I always use this to buy my train tickets. Hopefully in the future all train stations will have NFC barriers and these can be eTickets instead of having to pick up physical ones.
3 stars: Seems easy to use. Although, it didn't acknowledge my disabled railcard on my first booking ie: 24th August. I haven't been on my journey yet so, I can't comment on the experience.
5 stars: wonderful app. very easy to buy train tickets and you can keep the ticket in the app itself, no need to print.
5 stars: I have used the Trainline for a long time and never had an issue with their website or app. I have never had to contact them until recently where I had to do to so due to a mistake on my part and an additional refund occasion however their staff were great and very helpful with both issues.
5 stars: Convenient to have ticket in your phone, and easy to buy tickets with it too. Does everything I want it to.
