4 stars: raiding Uber is all over good. but in emergency Raider unable to contact Uber directly. second thing when trying to book Ubar some driver after taking a lot of times refusing then automatically uber trying to time and mostly not want to go and cancelled, then Uber triying to charge Customer. which can be stopped
4 stars: Great initiative from Uber team! but it lacks one major option, that is for scheduled rides. I usually use scheduled services from Uber but this app lacks it... Please make it available in the next update.
4 stars: a good service done with great prifessionalism. there is scope for improvement lioking at customer point of view. Anyway a good user service for middle and lower middle class oncome groups.
5 stars: Great service. the motor bikes are the solution to the traffic especially rush hours. I felt good when I arrived before the boss who had to offer an apology.
5 stars: so far uber is have been helpful. Reception from its crew is awesome. I wish other transporters would emulate their five star kinda service. keep it up guys
5 stars: i gave you five stars.. because of your service...but some times riders doesn't comes on time.. after accepting ride..they inquire where to go.. and then maybe declined..its waste of customers time.. because we have to go to office....then we have to book an other ride it's meant 10 munite more.if you not ready for ride then don't receive..we are ready to go.then why don't you ready... please work ...
