4 stars: the app is good, the only thing to improve is the synchronization between the computer app and the phone app. sometimes i receive a call and ot only appears in the computer so i can't answer with my phone. Other times, the messages are also not synchronized.
3 stars: Messages do not appear on more than one device at a time (unlike Messenger for example), such as my phone and PC. Calls sometimes appear on the phone, sometimes on the PC, and sometimes in both locations. It would be a much better application if all messages and calls appeared on all connected devices (like Messenger does).
3 stars: The app is still quite slow and does not sync with my computer's Skype for business seamlessly. other messaging and call platforms like whatsapp have done a much better job of this, significant improvement in synchronisation and call quality is required if companies will continue to stick with it.
5 stars: very useful on the phone especially when you enable the option to allow running in background. i only wish it plays nice with desktop and receive messages in Parallel instead of the cat-and-mouse delivery of messages (based on which was used last, i suppose)
4 stars: Skype for business on Android is a solid app. There's always some challenges if one os on the go in terms of viewing a shared screen over a phone that have hiccups, but overall I think Microsoft has done a good job of keeping this app up to date and usable.
