4 stars: It's good so far I've done 2 days in one so I honestly don't know if it's working that's why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 it does let you customize it for your own weight but IDK if it will help if anyone has done it the full time tell me if it works!!! Also I wish there were more arm workouts, and I wish there was actually face exercises!!! 😲 But other wise an amazing app
3 stars: my app wont let me skip over the rest days. it wont go on to the next workout. anyone know how to fix this??? it also states my bday wrong. other wise i love it.
5 stars: In the process of trying to be more fit I found this app it's worked well for me so far and I'm getting a good burn out of it. I feel like I've already lost a pound or two thanks to this app. I like the reminders it sends to to drink water and over keep you fit. 10/10 Have recommended.
5 stars: This app is amazing! for an all free app, i didnt expect it too be as decent as it is. the workouts are great and you cam do a lot of them right at home.
