3 stars: like the app, discouraged with the company and app developer. I have received short rides while in sn airport cue, been informed the app will hold my place for 12 hours, but when I get back, I am placed at the rear end of the cue. When I reported this, I was informed that it is determined by the app. Ther is nothing that can be done. No follow up with my issue has been received
3 stars: After a ride we have to rate passengers. If I give a 1-star rating and a person is disrespectful, rude or something else it does not let us tap on that option to show why we gave them a 1-star rating. Meanwhile these passengers rate US and say there's something wrong with our service or something else when it's not even true. For us full-time drivers this is serious. It just shows that Uber does not care about us only the passengers.
4 stars: App is pretty easy to use. Location accuracy while driving could be improved a little bit. The biggest issue I have is when a new ride request pops up, it doesn't tell you where the rider is going or even how far away the trip is in time like how Lyft does.
4 stars: Occasionally it takes you down a back alley or tells you to turn left when there's a median in front of you, but everything else about it pretty good! I wish there was a button to quickly send a snap shot of the intersection to Uber and copy the driver to discuss later.
