5 stars: I love this app. My problem is this pay online is not supposed too be compulsory. I may not have the money on my account but i have it at hand and I need the goods badly..
3 stars: good but needs some few things like being able to chat with the seller. there is more i formation some one needs to know before buying an item yet the information given by the seller might not be enough. Thanks
5 stars: It's a bit worrying when your order may get cancelled by many reasons... but, Jumia makes it free from those kinds of hustles.. you get your's back, and I await for mine....
3 stars: Too many inferior products and fake items sold this app. you are always worried of the quality of items you will receive. yes they offer you opportunity to check upon delivery before payment but you just need to buy one or two items to see how effective the merchants are at fooling customers with their fake items. and jumai is obviously not doing much to check this before they ruin their business.
4 stars: Jumia is such a great company, but the only problem is the customer service. The agents themselves are really nice and helpful, but it takes a looooong time to answer my call, and if they answer, they keep me on hold for a loooong time, too! This is my only complaint.. But in general, I do enjoy sho...
