5 stars: This app is really helpful, my 7 and 10 year olds use this as well and get benefits with aiding falling asleep, and lowering anger and disappointment.
5 stars: This App is awesome! I'd heard about tapping and EFT couple years ago but I've got no idea how to do this methode continuously, since I am such a moody person. Thank god I found Nick's Page on facebook, got in to the 11th Summit and have this App on my gadget, so I can keep my tapping every time I need to. In some cases this app (the tapping) is really works and helps me. Thank you!
4 stars: The My Dashboard page is all white. I'm obliged to put key words into the Library section to get some select sessions, so I don't know what else is on offer. They're so good! I'd love the calming music to fade out more gently, as currently it cuts off. Apart from these few frustrations, it's amazing.
5 stars: Expands my awareness, frees me from negative, limiting beliefs, to positive, constructive thoughts and actions. Sometimes I feel physical changes in my body while tapping along with the recording. Thank you
4 stars: this is a great app to keep you involved with your tapping. I didn't see the library button at first and thought there were very few sessions but this is loaded with a lot of tapping sessions. I wish the sessions were little bit longer and more in depth but it's a great app to add on your own spins and what you need.
