4 stars: some technical issues but the support team always helped me fix them they will work with you until any issues are resolved. my man JC sold me on the system and it is worth every penny due to minor crime in the neighborhood. Vivint seems to be on the top of any home security list which also sold me on the deal. peace of mind is something you cannot put a price tag on.
4 stars: After it was determined that my issues might be due to hardware, Vivint went all out to fix my issues. I am happy to report that everything seems to be working quite well and the app is fast and the control of my home security is as I expect. Thank you Vivint.
3 stars: I really like the system and especially the doorbell camera. the app also made it easy to control the features but ever since I stopped my service, the app does not work at all. I can't view my cameras, get doorbell notifications or turn On/Off my alarm. I'm not sure if it's a app issue or it's because I decided to end my monitoring services. It just annoying.
4 stars: wish there were better/more options for silencing sensors and/or motion detectors while your system is in armed/stay mode. I dont like turning the volume on the panel all the way down to silence these. There is a better way. just got mine installed so not sure about it yet but seems pretty good so far. like it! I'll update as I see things I like/dislike.
