4 stars: It's nice to be able to have another venue to vet (with a critical eye) some of the pros. I have had projects that I've received calls from pros and projects where there wasn't a nibble. Read the reviews with a grain of salt but gather more reviews from other sources, too. I've had a couple of pros that had great reviews there and ended up a waste of precious time.
5 stars: My experience with the electrition was wonderful. He was at my house within an hour after I called. He repaired the outlet and made some suggestions about other things that needed to be done. He also left written information and prices.
3 stars: scheduled appt and they canceled and request reschedule then never showed up. Not very reliable. and sadly only one company was available for recommendation. guess were going to have do it the old fashioned way.
4 stars: I needed roof repair, downloaded the app, got a call back from a roofer right away, hopefully get my roof fixed, keeping my fingers crossed
5 stars: I have used this service for to major jobs roof leak and breaker panel install and service upgrade. The pros have neen great and I'm back for another round of pros. Thank you home adviser. Better than Angies list.
4 stars: The app is helpful to find contractors, but be ready for an onslaught of calls, even if you don't request service, your information is forwarded to their contractors on file \u0026 the calls begin ~ you're not in control of the list!
