3 stars: Impossible to cancel order if you wait more than 30 seconds. Time stamps are bugged as well, as they jump back to asap once I set them to a specific time, creating several occasions, where food arrived at an inconvenient time. Restaurants are not able to help either.
4 stars: the set delivery time was not functioning well \u0026 I received my food too early ... it did affect my experience ... hope it will be improved in future \u0026 I would test it again soon .... other than that all else works superbly fine. Customer service was helpful too. thank you ...
4 stars: All in all a good service, although some of the places to eat could be better as some are a bit 'rough' as in cheap local chicken shop fodder although there is nothing wrong with that if you're not flush with cash!! So some are a bit hit \u0026 miss, but the overall majority of the food shops are good. Just research before you order of your not sure of the franchise 😉
4 stars: So far so good as much as the service go, it's odd that restaurants keep disappearing from the list to order, and only reappear after I tamper with the delivery time. (Even if I set it back to ASAP, they stay after I messed witg it.) Check that glitch out please, other than that, food were always great and on time, so to me it's all dandy.
