4 stars: This app is dependable on your every day life, especially if you use your phone the majority of the time. However, this app prevents downloading other games, tools, social media etc. from the PlayStore. I think that the task-killing is interfering with the phone. Still, I look forward to fixing this bug and you could add a feature where you can whitelist apps that can run in the background.
5 stars: This app is just like the antivirus on desktop, so if you have that you should be right at home. The app is easy to use and has many great features for being free. The ads aren't really intrusive so they won't bother you much. My favorite part about Avast is that it auto scans your phone every so often, telling you if it finds any threats. Great feature! Overall if you are looking for a reliable antivirus for mobile, get Avast.
5 stars: I have used Avast for PC since before the time of cell phones. The only virus I ever got was when I clicked a link I shouldn't have (i.e.: my fault). The mobil app is just as good. The auto-update feature for the software (cell and PC) sometimes doesn't work so I update manually. A pop-up telling me it's out of date would help. Otherwise, it's all been great.
