4 stars: Happy customer so far. I like the piece of mind and security this system offers me and my family. I like that I cancel anytime, the catch 22 is the equipment is installed in the walls of your home, so even though you stop the service you can't just send it back and everything is over. You pay for the equipment. Vivint is definitely a conscious decision. Of all the services available, this one is absolutely perfect for us!
4 stars: I've had this alarm system for almost a year now. The app works great! I can always log on to make sure my home is secure. The only thing is you have to make sure you're connected to Wifi or your data to receive notifications. Other than that I have no complaints. I would recommend Vivint to anyone looking for a sense of security to make sure their home is safe.
5 stars: Switched from ADT.... soo glad we did!! Vivint app works seamlessly with all of our devices. So easy to use.... my mom even figured it out!! She has a lot more peace of mind since we got her one too!!
5 stars: customer service was great, installation was fast and the employees who did it were cool. very comfortable with them in my home. all features of the security system are very easy to understand and use. all in all vivint is a great company and i love that they have a car diagnostic, it tells you when you car has mechanical problems...
