2 stars: Invoice 2go — Professional Invoices and Estimates apk download - I raised a helpdesk call prior to 13th July because the client notification doesn't work when they have paid an invoice. Now a month later this hasn't been dealt with. All I get is sorry for the delay emails or it has been passed to the developers to look at. No one has got back to me. If I treated my customers like this I would be out of business. Not impressed......
2 stars: Invoice 2go — Professional Invoices and Estimates apk download - This app was great...until it was updated. Now it's a nightmare and frustration to use. Every piece of information on the home screen is inaccurate and can't be cleared or corrected by the user. I have reported numerous problems through the Send Feedback option in the app and not a single issue has been resolved. I've reached the point where I am hunting for a better app than this one.
4 stars: - It has taken a bit of time to get use to the new version with all the new changes. However the biggest problem is the software needs some optimisation. It is very slow & lags quite a lot throughout all areas of the app.
4 stars: - A New Version=A New Problem Every Week. When copying an estimate to invoice the comments don't copy over. Reports are still incomplete. Once an invoice is created I cannot add a PO# in a field that should be there but isn't because I guess I didn't put it on Originally. Not enough customization. Incomplete Client lists. Parts are either not there or hard to find now. I have invested 3 years into this system and the new version pretty much sucks. I keep trying to deal with it but I find a new frustration every day.
