4 stars: I love that on my phone I can choose dial in and zoom pod in the phone number and code for the best experience in the phone. When we call in from the phone, I hear the audio much better. On the phone the chat disappears when breakouts happen each time. The phone has limitations for copying and getting info from chat. More functions and abilities are available using zoom from a laptop or a computer.
3 stars: Getting buggy (free and paid versions on mobile app). Having more issues, e.g. switching between sign-in profiles, which used to work seamlessly. Also often now having to force quit the app... 1) to fully sign out of a meeting -getting only
2 stars: Broken notifications on S24 Ultra, Android 14. No matter how many times I verify that notifications are on in the app and in my phone settings, notifications aren't coming through consistently. They only work while using the app and for a very short period of time after exiting the app. I've set the app to have unrestricted background battery access on my phone, yet the problem persists.
2 stars: Beyond disappointing. On android. Was in a meeting and I minimized the screen to listen to audio. I inadvertently swiped to close the app and immediately returned to the app to connect again. It's over 10 minutes now where it shows
