5 stars: It's working perfect now. Thanks for fixing the problem, after the update on January 5, I was able to scan my passport and successfully finish my process. Excellent! Hi. I'm trying to finish the process with USCIS but it doesn't let me scan my passport, it only lets me verify my ID with the picture. We also tried from an iPhone and doesn't work. I need to continue with my process. I'll change the review once I'm able to continue 😉
4 stars: Trying email developer but the email doesn't work. When on the app, the section where it ask to scan passaport doesn't work. The scan does not open. Just the take pic. Tried on 3 different phones. Need help
3 stars: App to expedite the I94 process is a good idea, but it still has bugs, like not able to continue with application when it does not detect/validate information from passports or visas. Better to go to the web page.
3 stars: It´s not letting take a picture of my face. I tried to communicate with customer service and doesnt let me. I cant submit my aplication because of that.
2 stars: It's been an hassle trying to take an identification confirmation picture since 02/02/2023. It takes a while to access the camera once it finally does , it says the session has expired to restart.
