5 stars: Bought the full version of the game. I've been enjoying the game for months now. Passed many levels, collected lots of highlighters and keys. Lost it all. Would be nice of paying customers can continue from where they left off from a different phone. Update: They emailed me and gave me instructions on how to sync up my account and restore it on my new phone with 24 hours. awesome support and service! Happy customer again.
4 stars: Keep reloading from the start forgets puzzles when I leave the app and into another app is anyone else having problem with this app and I just lost my chest room rewards when it went to a black screen during the advertisement!!😰
4 stars: Been playing this for awhile now. But i purchased to open the gift boxes and now they all got locked again. I need a refund or something or fix that issue please.
3 stars: I paid to remove ads and those annoying popups of other games that show after every completed word search puzzle. However, I was forced to get a new phone and now the ads and game popups are back. When I try to pay again, it says I own the product. So what gives? An email to the developer has gone unanswered. Puzzles are good, but game popups are incredibly annoying and I end up shutting down the app after a puzzle or 2 because of them.
