4 stars: This app is good but it has a problem. When someone calls in the app, sometimes the person's chat cannot be found in the top. Also, when you search for the person in the search bar, it doesn't show the person you're looking for even when the spelling is correct. So please improve this and other than that everythibg is perfect with all the feautures!

2 stars: Since the last update, switching between my personal and my business account has become a pain, as more often than not it will freeze the entire app and I won't be able to see messages on either account. Logging me out and requiring a password multiple times a day, not loading messages properly and not receiving notifications for messages... This avenue for communication has gone way down hill :(
