4 stars: It works well, is reliable, but does not work with smart things or Philips hue if not the primary connection point. And looses functions with routines if it is the primary option. The automated routine options are very minimal. If both Samsung and Home are connected unilaterally all if the smart devices are doubled and creates lots of confusion and hastle. So choose an option and stick with it and it will work smooth and fine.
4 stars: I like the app. It does everything we need it to do from controlling our cameras to our vacuum. I would like a widget though. If I was able to just check the temperature of the house or click the cameras from a widget instead of going into the app that would be really nice. It would make it more convenient.
3 stars: I like the concept but it's way too finicky and hard to set up devices from multiple vendors and it's ridiculous that sometimes I can't control my devices because of some mystery outage. They're my devices and they are right in front of me but everything still has to be routed through the bloated and fragile infrastructure embedded in the mystical cloud.
2 stars: Really not user-friendly, too many steps to setup, and I also always have to register the device to the tv everytime I want to cast it from my phone . . It does not save it .
